Public Leadership Dinner

The Center annually hosts the Public Leadership Dinner, a unique event connecting students, alumni, business, and community leaders. (We did not host a dinner in 2012).

Our 13th Annual Public Leadership Dinner on April 14, 2011was a great success. Over 150 students, faculty, and nonprofit professionals attended the event featuring keynote speaker Bertrand Collomb. Check out the event from the slideshow and video below!

2010

Our 12th Annual Public Leadership Dinner featured keynote speaker Sonal Shah, Director of the White House Office of Social Innovation and Civic Participation. Her address was entitled All About Impact: A Results-Oriented Approach to Community Solutions.

2009

Our 11th Annual Public Leadership Dinner on April 15, 2009 featured keynote speaker, Thomas M. Siebel, chairman and CEO of Siebel Systems and founder of The Meth Project Foundation. Siebel founded Siebel Systems in 1993 after spending his early career at Oracle and Cayenne Systems. In 2005, Siebel founded The Meth Project whose mission is to inform potential Meth consumers about the product attributes and actual risks associated with methamphetamine. The Meth Project has dramatically reduced the use of methamphetamine by 50% among Montana teens. Read more >

2008

Our 10th Annual Public Leadership Dinner was a sold out event with over 230 alumni, students, business and nonprofit sector leaders. Our featured keynote speaker, Leonard D. Schaeffer, Founding Chairman and CEO, WellPoint delivered a riveting speech entitled “Fixing Health Care — the Role of Public and Private Sector Leadership.”
